- Widely used for product specific requirements where to achieve very high vacuum is not a very critical factor but to have the fluffy pouches is important. In view of either fragile nature of the product (products like potato wafers etc. generally it is only nitrogen flushing, however, if vacuuming is done prior to gas flushing, it will be very low to avoid brakeage of the product)
Nozzle type machines are also used for products like shredded cheese/paneer and noodles etc. packing. Nozzle type machines are available for retail packing and also, for bulk packing.

The popular configuration for retail packing is angular construction for the ease of holding the pouch during the operation. For bulk packing the configuration is – adjustable platform for vertical placing of the bag or bag in drum or bagging formers on adjustable platform with horizontal sealing jaws.
All standard models are having fixed position of jaws and vertically adjustable platform to suit different heights, however, for specific requirements, we have made machines with adjustable sealing jaws bracket moveable up & down with help of motorized screw keeping platform fixed.
Apart from this configuration, we also make fork type vertically adjustable sealing machines with/without vacuuming/nitrogen flushing portable on wheels for onsite packing of bulk bags. The popular sealing lengths are 750mm, 850mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1100mm etc. and width of the sealing will be 8mm to 10mm.
