Vertical Vacuum Packaging Machines are used for powder products for retail as well as bulk packing and are widely used for dry fruits, spices, grains, flours, pharmaceuticals (API as well as Formulations).

The machines are used for producing cubical packings under vacuum or with traces of inert gas/gases. Machines are also used for multiple bags in drum vacuum packing with inert gas flushing especially for pharmaceuticals powders.

We have supplied hundreds of machines for bulk packing of Cashew Kernels in 11.34Kgs. or 22.68Kgs. (25Lbs/50Lbs) and, for 25Kgs. Peanuts, Badam, Pista and other dry fruits Rice along with Host of Bulk Vacuum Packaging Machines to Pharmaceuticals mainly for API packing.

The machines can be with one seal bar for bulk packing, or it can be with multiple seal bars for retail packing with formers to have a final shape of desired cubical dimension. We make SS304 Formers with pouches positioning inners for all the applic ations.
